The company is engaged in real estate promotion and development. It was established in 1973 and has its registered office in Sevilla, Spain. The company's business operation specializes in seeking, acquiring, and developing residential properties, commercial and residential buildings, business establishments, as well as acquiring land for development and other related properties with opportunities for trading and development. Its activity focuses in the metropolitan zone of Seville and other provinces of Andalusia (Huelva, Cadiz, Malaga). It performs various engineering works, such as new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs for its real estate properties. The company is promoting 600 houses, evaluated in more than 80 million Euros, and has acquired ground for 800 houses more and 14,000 m2. of commercial and offices and operations in phase of management for the promotion of other 1000 houses.
