This company is engaged in the development and sale of real estates. It was incorporated in 1987. The company is headquartered in Sevilla, Spain. Its economic interest has been established by the four municipal companies of the city of Sevilla, namely, Lipasam, which is engaged in the collection of urban solid waste and treatment management; Emasesa, which is engaged in the management of integral water cycle; and Tussam, which is engaged in the integral management of urban transport. In addition, the company is a member of Sevilla Global, an urban agency for economic development established in September 2000, which stands for a new local public action strategy in the field of urban economy and business development for Sevilla metropolitan area and serves as a public counterpart to business firms, as well as other agencies and public industries interested in the capital of Southern Spain.
