The company is an appraisals firm of proven professional experience serving the Spanish and Portuguese financial system and public administrations. It was incorporated in December of 1985 and is based in Sevilla, Spain. The company’s field of competence includes real estate appraisal services in accordance to the ECO Valuation normative, as well as valuations of other kind of assets such as, machinery, intangible assets property titles etc, applying where necessary different international standards: IVS, EVS, RICS’ red book. The company is committed to innovation and the development of new solutions and markets.
