The company operates as a general contractor for building construction. It was born in 2009 after the merger by absorption of SANJOSE and Parquesol. Its registered corporate office is strategically located in Sevilla, Spain. The company is part of the SANJOSE corporate group unlisted, solid and diversified, which develops its activity in various countries of Europe, America, Africa and Asia through its main business units. The company, through their areas of urban developments, Heritage (shopping centers, offices and hotels) and residential development, develops under the following lines of action:guarantee of a portfolio of soil that allows for growth of the real estate activity in the medium and long term; reinforcement of the activity in the equity segment of offices, and development of shopping centers, thus enhancing the activities that provide recurring revenue and reduce the exposure to the economic cycle; geographic diversification both nationally and internationally, thus taking advantage of the various opportunities of investment in assets that can generate value for the company; precision in the customer service and after sales service, in the delivery of housing, influencing in an effective manner, and direct in the end-customer satisfaction. The company develops different business projects outside of the normal business lines of the company with the goal to expand and diversify its activity.
