It was incorporated in 1992 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Sevilla, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the sale of the following products: household furniture, such as baby furniture box springs and mattresses, and outdoor furniture; office furniture with the exception of those sold in combination with office supplies and equipment; and furniture sold in combination with major appliances, home electronics, home furnishings, and floor covering. These custom-made products, as well as larger volumes, therefore form an integral part of the company's day-to-day business.
