The company is engaged in the operation of arts facilities. It was incorporated in December of 1993 and has its registered head ofice located in Sevilla, Spain. The company has main auditorium, baby grand, which produce live presentations involving the performances of actors and actresses, singers, dancers, musical groups and artists, and other performing artists; and phoenix gallery, which hosts varied programme of exhibitions from some of its visual artists, photographers and contemporary designers. Its facilities include Luciano's Cafe Bar, Luciano's Restaurant, bars, cloakroom, confectionary and merchandise, and bank tills.
