Its services help these people to merge with the labour market, an essential step in their complete integration with society. The company currently employs more than 1200 people, of which 300 are mentally handicapped. It operates in the service sector and has 14 offices all over Spain. Aside from helping the handicapped join the job market, the company is also a mechanism that allows businesses to comply with the Social Integration of the Handicapped Act. This legislation requires companies with more than 50 employees to hire at least 2% of handicapped people. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is headquartered in Sevilla, Spain.
