The company, with registered head office located in Sevilla, Spain, is engaged in the operation of a theme park. It operates the Isla Magica, an amusement park with the theme of 16th century colonial Spanish adventure and the discoveries made during that time. There are seven themed sections, each representing different historical times during this era. A modern attraction, the park opened in 1997 on the same land where the original Expo 92 took place. Located in Seville, Spain on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, the Isla Magica is the only such attraction in the world that is situated right in the middle of a city. The seven areas with themes are known as Eldorado, Port of the Indies, Gateway to the Americas, Quetzal: Fury of the Gods, Amazonia, The Pirates Cove, and the Fountain of Youth. Scattered among these sections are more than forty different rides and attractions, including roller coasters. Shows, boat rides, waterfall rides, and more are all here for enjoyment. The company was incorporated in 1990.
