This company is a holding firm with substantial interests in the management and development of companies, which are active in the provision of consultancy services on engineering, information technology (IT), accounting and human resources. It was incorporated in October 2001 and has its registered office located in Sevilla, Spain. As a holding company, it carries out the management of financial and investment undertakings of its subsidiaries, as well as the provision of administrative and other support services of its group. It also performs controlling, portfolio management, financing and all investor relations functions, including the holding of securities or equity interests of its subsidiaries. Among the company's subsidiaries is AZVI SA, a Spanish-based company engaged in the general construction of buildings and civil engineering works.
